Alvey's ChocolatesAlvey's Chocolates has been hand crafting its chocolates for over 30 years.
As great candy makers know, gourmet chocolates are hand marked with each marking representing a different type of chocolate. Among gourmet chocolate makers, each chocolatier customizes their own marks, creating works of art worthy of their effort and brand.
We are proud to carry on the tradition of making custom hand-crafted chocolates out of the best, freshest ingredients. Our candies are often made to order so that they are shipped as fresh as possible.
Alvey’s Chocolates was founded in Richmond, Utah in 1980 by Shari and Cless Alvey. Shari learned to make candies from her Grandma Winget, using old family recipes and techniques. Initially, candy was made only for family and friends, but soon others were asking to purchase her candy. The company started business with four candy bars: Cherry Supreme, Double Dip Mint, Peanut Supreme, and Caramel Nut. Today it offers a full line of boxed chocolates, bulk chocolate products, and a wide selection of candy bars, which are sold in the retail store and to retail candy companies in 10 western states. Janette and Brent Kelly bought Alvey’s Chocolates in March, 2006 and continue to carry on the old fashioned, hand-made way of creating premium chocolates. 1207 N Main Street, Logan 435-753-8888 Monday - Saturday 10:00 am - 9:00 pm.
